Giganews announced in early July that after their latest storage upgrade they would be increasing their binary retention from 120 days to 200 days by the end of the summer.  They have been increasing 10-20 days at a clip. Giganews has now hit their goal of 200 days binary retention. This is by far the longest retention in the industry.
