NewsServers.net is currently offering all new customers a free Usenet trial. The trial consists of 7 days of newsgroup access with up to 3 GB of downloads to test the service.
The trial page mentions that you will see a charge of $0.01 on the payment page but assures visitors that they won't charge anything unless you fail to cancel during the 7 day trial period. Then you will be billed monthly for the account level chosen during the free trial sign up process.
