Many feel Comcast has been throttling BitTorrent traffic for awhile and recently took additional steps to limit BitTorrent transfers. Users are experiencing very slow download speeds and are unable to seed files. This is making it very difficult for those who want to keep a positive rating and everyone downloading via Comcast.
