Nintendo is now including Wii remote jackets with their Wii remotes. If you purchased a Wii system prior and did not receive Wii remote jackets then Nintendo will provide them to you free of charge. You can claim up to 4 free Wii remote jackets. All you have to provide Nintendo is the serial number off your Wii. They will start shipping the remote jackets on October 15th and will send you an email once it ships. Allow 5-10 days for delivery.
